Yes! You do not need to own our presets in order to use Seasons Ai Effects or Seasons Ai Tools.

They are designed for any image, no matter how you choose to edit it!

I don't have your Seasons Ai Presets. Will the Seasons Ai Effects + Tools still work with my own presets?

We do not offer refunds, partial-refunds, returns, or exchanges on our products.

Our presets, tools + effects are an immediate digital download that cannot be un-downloaded, therefore they are non-refundable.

The cost of our products at the moment of purchase is fixed, and we do not offer partial refunds for sale prices that were offered outside the time of your purchase.

Can I get a refund on your Ai Effects or Tools if they don't work for me?

Yes! During the creation process for our Ai Effects and Tools we tested them on raw images taken with a range of cameras and lenses from our Customers, including but not limited to:
Canon
Nikon
Sony
Fujifilm
Leica

Do your Ai Effects + Tools work with all camera types?

After you checkout, you will immediately be taken to a Thank You page with a form to reconfirm your email with us. If you do this, there should be no reason why you did not receive the presets + tools, so please check your Spam + Promotions folder.

You will also receive two confirmation emails - one from Kajabi with your Video Workshop login info, and one from us with another download button for the presets. If you do not see one or both of these emails, please first check your spam/promotions folder.

If the confirmation email from us is NOT in your spam/promotions folder, it is because you did not subscribe to receiving emails from us when the form to reconfirm your email popped up after checkout.

If you didn't fill that out, you won't be able to receive the confirmation emails from us (and any future preset update emails, which are really important!). Please email us directly about this and we will give you a new page to opt-in!!

I purchased, but can't see an email?

Our products have custom adobe profiles that we created to give them their unique look. Because of this, some of our products will be ‘hidden’ if your Lightroom is set to automatically hide ‘incompatible’ presets. 

In Adobe Lightroom, hit Presets, then the three bubbles in the top right you used to Import Presets. Uncheck ‘Hide Partially Compatible Presets’ and all Presets should appear across both Desktop and Mobile.

A few effects and tools are showing up, but most are missing! Where are the rest of them?

We offer updates for Seasons Ai Effects and Tools (+ Seasons Ai Presets) to keep them updated with the latest in Adobe's technology.

We are committed to always keeping this preset pack fresh and relevant, keeping up with advances in Lightroom and Photoshop technology.
